Such inherent characteristics shall not ordinarily be considered manufacturing defects.

8. GST AND TAXATION

Your Dream Shelf is registered under the Goods and Services Tax ("GST") law applicable in India.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices displayed on the Website are intended to be inclusive of applicable GST.

Accordingly, the applicable GST component is included within the displayed product price and shall not ordinarily be added as a separate amount merely because an order is placed through the Website.

Where a customer requires a GST tax invoice, the customer may be required to provide accurate billing information and, where applicable, a valid GSTIN and other information necessary for issuance of the invoice.

The issuance and particulars of GST invoices shall be subject to applicable GST laws and regulations.

Customers requesting a business-to-business ("B2B") invoice are responsible for furnishing accurate and valid GST-related information. Your Dream Shelf shall not be responsible for consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, invalid or subsequently amended information provided by the customer.

9. ORDER PLACEMENT

Placing an order through the Website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected products at the price and on the terms displayed at the time of ordering.

An order shall be considered subject to acceptance by Your Dream Shelf.

Upon successful placement of an order, you may receive an order confirmation or acknowledgement through email, SMS, WhatsApp or another communication channel associated with the order.

An order confirmation or acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance where the order remains subject to verification, availability, payment authorisation or other applicable checks.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel or restrict an order in circumstances including, without limitation:

Where payment has already been received for an order cancelled by us, the eligible amount shall be refunded in accordance with applicable law and our refund procedures.

Where a customer provides customisation instructions, such instructions shall be deemed part of the order once accepted by Your Dream Shelf.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications.

Due to the personalised nature of customised products, customised items may be subject to different cancellation, return or refund conditions as specified in our applicable Return and Refund Policy.

Where a requested customisation is technically impracticable, unavailable or otherwise unsuitable, we may contact the customer to discuss an alternative or cancel the relevant customisation/order where appropriate.

12. PAYMENT

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways and other authorised payment service providers.

By initiating a transaction, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.

You authorise the applicable payment service provider to process the transaction for the total amount payable in connection with the order.

Your Dream Shelf does not ordinarily store complete payment-card credentials on its own systems. Payment processing may be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the relevant payment service provider.

We shall not be responsible for failures, declines, delays or interruptions attributable solely to third-party payment infrastructure, banking systems or payment service providers, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
