The COD option is not available on the website, so please get in touch with us to place your COD order.

After successful order completion, you will receive an order confirmation email on the provided email ID within 15 minutes.

Yes, you can add more items to your order and the timeframe for that is within 24 hours after you have placed the order as we try our best to dispatch the orders as soon as possible.

Orders can be cancelled and refunded if they have not been dispatched from our end. After the dispatch, it's not possible to cancel the order as it will already be on its way. So, the timeframe for order cancellation is 24 hours after placing the order.

It's totally understandable that mistakes can be made at the time of checkout and you need not worry about that. Just send us your concerns regarding this on our WhatsApp number or email us and we'll help to update the correct information.

However, if the order has already been shipped and the delivery partner deny to make any changes, then we'll have to re-ship the order and additional shipping will be charged.

Currently we ship Pan India! There is a flat rate of Rs. 70 for prepaid orders till Rs. 999 and you get free shipping on orders above Rs. 999

The orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days after you place the order with us. From then, it takes 3-7 business days to get it delivered to you.

We carefully pack and ship your orders in mailer boxes which is further secured by polybag mailers. We use Delhivery and BlueDart courier service for delivering your orders.

Once the order is dispatched from our end, you will receive an email update with your tracking number. You will also receive timely sms and email updates from our shipping aggregator.

We use imported and high-quality Japanese seed beads in our beaded accessories and the color doesn't fade easily. Some are even water resistant and do not lose their shine for a long time. You just have to be careful with the matte gold and silver beads.

We use brass based findings for the accessories. They are plated findings and anti-tarnish but not completely waterproof. The continuous exposure to water and chemicals(lotion, perfume) will lead the plating to wear off and the base metal brass will be exposed. So, we advise to keep it away from water and other abrasions as much as possible.

Most of our jewelry comes under the category of imitation jewelry which is for occasional wear. Our beaded rings are perfectly fit to wear on a daily basis with no worries!

We are truly glad to hear that! We can certainly make the jewelry piece suitable for daily wear by making them in precious metals such as 92.5 silver or stainless steel according to your preference.

Ofcourse! You will see "Measurement Guide" under each product by scrolling down a bit. From there you can select your size or if you can't find your size, you can mention in "Order Instructions" at the time of checkout.
