Cancellation/Return and Refund Policy

We have outlined our Return/Refund Policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our valued customers. We stand behind our handmade goods that are inspected to assure customers are to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe when treating our customers evenly and respectfully that they are fair and polite with us.

RETURNS: 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at : yourdreamshelf@gmail.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help! Please note that we do not accept returns in case of 'change of your mind' to not receive the parcel.

DEFECTS:

If any defect is found at the time of unboxing caused by our failure to notice in the first place, kindly provide us the unboxing video of your order along with # order number whilst mentioning your issue through email. Note that, the unboxing video of your order is more than neccessary for your refund process. So, we highly recommend you to video record your unboxing process.

REFUND/CANCELLATION:

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it. Contact us on yourdreamshelf@gmail.com and we will assist you with the cancellation process. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
